Hi

I’m just like every other web developer. I have to have a website, because it proves that I can do this stuff. But doing simple stuff, like this blog is so easy it proves pretty much nothing.

The other major problem is I don’t have a lot to say, so the chance of me actually saying interesting is very limited indeed. At the very least, I want the money I spend on domains to be doing something, even if it’s dull and flat as a pancake.

I really don’t wish to jinx this spate of enthusiasm, by saying something like “I’m going to post lots of stuff” because I probably won’t.

Me in brief

• By day, I’m a Web Developer for Arada Stoves who manufacture wood burning stoves down in Devon.
• By night, I’m most likely parked in front of one any number of games consoles that I’ve collected over the years. Tonight that’s probably the PS4. Stay with me, we’ve just a couple more sentences to go.
• I do do social media, “smeeds”, but its mostly for work - when it comes to, you know, my actual personal engagement with others via fb/tw/inst et. al I’m ultra-lame.
• I am a bit of a Playstation trophy hunter. You can see how much of my spare time is destroyed by this obsession by looking at my trophy profile at PSNProfiles.com
